The Perfect Trap

Note the "other things" in the subtitle. It is taking over.
So here I am making up my own little "perfect trap" for kids to stay in forever.
This and the Vegas thingy are from the Percy Jackson book that we are reading in Mr. D's ( a.k.a. TheMrDShow on twitter) class.

     So, I think the perfect trap for kids would start with the greatest indoor park ever. Roller coasters, infinite snack bars, buffets, and a water park within it would be glue. Kids get stuck, and can't or won't get out.
Like the casino in the book and movie of Percy Jackson, there would be a special food that hypnotizes kids to stay no matter what.
     This would do absolute greatness to kids and it would make money when the kids have cash cards.
Watching the kids run around like chickens with their heads cut off would be epic. I mean, think about it. Would it not be hilarious?
     Do you think you would stay forever? Knowing myself, I probably would. Well, I can't think of anything better so I'm done.

Wakin Up In Vegas

Geez, I can not get anything sportish on here anymore. I got another assignment and it requires a week in Vegas. What would you do? I've been there before so I have a lot I would do. But I'll only put 10 things.

1. The Stratosphere ( a huge tower with rides on the flippin top!)
2. Hoover Dam  ( one of the largest dams in the U.S.)
3. Circus Circus ( an amazing circus performance that outranks all)
4. The Eiffel Tower ( almost an exact replica of the real one with a great view)
5. Monterey Bay ( an epic aquarium with every fish that you can think of)
6. The Volcano at the Mirage ( ever seen lava on water? You will)
7. The Fountain Show at the Bellagio ( water gushing out and reaching hundreds of feet in the air)
8. The Strip ( the center of Vegas. Real nice)
9. The Shows ( magic, dancers, singers, etc.)
10. Caesars Palace ( a mall and hotel all in one)'

Remember, I was like 6 or 7 when I was there so it might have changed a little bit. I would definitely go again.

The Reds Game

Have you ever been to a Cincinnatti reds game before? Well let me tell you, it's FUN!!! My baseball team, the RC All-Stars, took a trip to see them play the Milwaukee Brewers the other day. Biggest stadium I've ever seen in my life. We came to see a win because it was Johnny Bench night. Who's that? He was the greatest catcher there ever was and we also got to witness a brand new statue of him to. I'm pretty sure it was solid gold. Anyway, as we came to see a win, the Reds got smoked 10-1. It was kind of a fluke. But we still had fun.

My Meaning

I know I usually blog about sports but this is a little research project that has to be on here. It's about my names meaning. My name means faithful and bold. I don't think my parents named me this because of what it meant though. They named me this because the name was original at the time I was born and not many kids had the name at the time I was born. I feel the faithful part of the meaning fits me pretty well but the bold part of the meaning doesn't as much because I'm shy at times. That's the meaning of my name.

California Wins it All!

On Sunday, August 28, the little league team from Huntington Beach, California were the victors of the LLWS championship. They took on a tough Japan for the title. The bases were loaded in the bottom of the 6th and Nick Pratto of the Cal team was up with 2 outs and the game tied 1-1. Then, a shot right up the middle drove the lucky runner on 3rd base to score with way more than excitement on his mind. The U.S.A. had won.
